The cherry blossoms are beginning to fall 🌸🍃 and the spring sake corner is just about the last spurt of pink and crowded.
The number of sake with carbonated water has been increasing, hasn't it? Sweet and sour or slightly sparkling... I like it. It was delicious with a refreshing, sweet and sour taste with a strawberry-like aroma 🍓Is this a characteristic of red yeast? I'll have to drink more to find out 😋I'm also curious what pink sake lees tastes like. I need to drink it again.
