The moment you put it in your mouth, you don't taste it, and it's like, "? in the mouth. The alcohol comes soon after. It has a nice sharpness. But the alcohol is really strong. It's more of a gradual alcohol rush than a kick. No good... It doesn't go well with me... ⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎

Kansai Offline Meeting takes a short break: ☕️ Today I went to the Hankyu Brewery Festival. I joined Pon-chan, Umaumai and pyon pyon and 4 of us went around. It was fun. We tasted "Go-no-Homare" by Sudo Honke, which we were very interested in. It is the oldest sake brewery in Japan, founded in the Heisei era. I had a chance to talk with the brewer. I could smell the aroma of oak barrels like whiskey. The sake was delicious, with a combination of umami, bitter mouthfeel, and acidity. It was delicious.
