しんじょうThe 9th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower
There were many very new participating sake breweries to discover!
I entered 10 minutes before the event started and had a preview of the event, and was given a very detailed explanation by Go-no Honor!
All Junmai Daiginjo sake made from Koshihikari rice!
Since the rice is used for food, the milling ratio of the rice is about the same to remove any unwanted flavors.
Unfiltered raw sake
It is a light and cool sake, and the flavor comes out well as the temperature rises, but the dry, crisp taste gives way to a softer, tighter texture.
Kasumiyama
It is deeper than ↑, but still cool and refreshing.
Nama Hashiroshi
It has transparency, hard and dry, but deep and rich.
The deliciousness seems to follow it.
Kurogane
It has a very bitter-sweet richness.
The sense of ripeness is great from the first aroma.
The ripe taste is cool and soft.
Sudoh Honke is the oldest sake brewer in Japan, founded in the Heian period.
Minamoto no Yoritomo may have drunk this sake.
When you think about it, this is a very dangerous sake brewery! マナチーShinjo-san, thanks for the sake from Ibaraki 😆❗️ all the sake here is delicious, but the problem is that they only make junmai daiginjo so they are all expensive🤣. しんじょうHi...
Although the black gold was good, it cost 6,000 yen...
I did a double-take and said, hmmm? I said...
I'll leave it to the inbound tourists.
I usually drink cheaper alcohol than most people, but the price tag is eye-popping! ポンちゃんHello Shinjo-san 🐦!
I see you went to the Japanese Sake festival! I tasted the sake here last year and it was delicious, but I was too scared to buy it 😂.
I can't help but imagine generations of generals drinking it 😻 しんじょうGood evening...
The average price of Yogo is 1,200 yen....
I've been drinking Fushimi Daiya lately, so I feel it's even more expensive.
Drinking kenrishi makes me want to go on a revenge mission.
That's not true, but it's a good way to feel the romance. うしとらIngredients : Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic)
Rice used for making : 100% Kasama rice
Rice Polishing Ratio : 50
Alcohol content : 14% or more but less than 15 くっちょIt is watery, but tastes like rice.
This is said to be the best tasting sake among those brought by this brewery, so I guess it's pretty easy to drink. SakemamireA pleasant time with business partners in Ibaraki over locally brewed sake, Part 1 ta_kunThe dry, crisp and refreshing flavor was perfect for poultry dishes.
The aftertaste is firm. It is a well-balanced all-around sake.
https://takamyu.com/drink/satonohomare/ ぱるThe moment you put it in your mouth, you don't taste it, and it's like, "? in the mouth.
The alcohol comes soon after.
It has a nice sharpness.
But the alcohol is really strong.
It's more of a gradual alcohol rush than a kick.
No good...
It doesn't go well with me...
⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ そうてきIt drinks like water. It has a good flavor and a hint of sweetness. The aroma is a little peculiar. わんわん🐶
I imagined it would have a classic flavor, but it's so easy to drink and would go well with any meal.
I wonder if the spiciness will increase with time 🐶. ポンちゃんGood evening, Wan Wan🐶🌙
I remember drinking it at the Hankyu brewery festival and it was delicious😁👍I want to drink it at home like Wan Wan🐶 ❣️ えりりんOhayo!
Just look at the label, it looks classic 😊.
There's a sake from Ibaraki that I'm interested in: ❣️
It's not dry but I'll upload it if I can buy it: ☺️ わんわんGood evening, Pon-chan 🐶!
I love the drink!
I wish I could have gone to the Hankyu brewery festival 😂. わんわんGood evening, Erin 🐶.
I thought it would have a robust taste.
I've never seen sake from Ibaraki, so it was very precious 😂. ルテルテミKansai Offline Meeting takes a short break: ☕️
Today I went to the Hankyu Brewery Festival.
I joined Pon-chan, Umaumai and pyon pyon and 4 of us went around. It was fun.
We tasted "Go-no-Homare" by Sudo Honke, which we were very interested in.
It is the oldest sake brewery in Japan, founded in the Heisei era.
I had a chance to talk with the brewer.
I could smell the aroma of oak barrels like whiskey.
The sake was delicious, with a combination of umami, bitter mouthfeel, and acidity.
It was delicious.
ma-ki-Good evening, Luteltemi.
I see you all went to the Hankyu Kuramoto Festival too 🎵.
It was my first time to go too and it was so exciting ☺️
It was a blissful time to be in contact with so many sake ✨. ルテルテミGood evening, ma-ki 😁.
We were there at the same time 😆.
We were 4 drinkers working together 😄.
I would have liked to do more tasting but it was impossible 🤣. ポンちゃんLutemi, here we go again 😊.
