Kansai Offline Meeting takes a short break: ☕️
Today I went to the Hankyu Brewery Festival.
I joined Pon-chan, Umaumai and pyon pyon and 4 of us went around. It was fun.
We tasted "Go-no-Homare" by Sudo Honke, which we were very interested in.
It is the oldest sake brewery in Japan, founded in the Heisei era.
I had a chance to talk with the brewer.
I could smell the aroma of oak barrels like whiskey.
The sake was delicious, with a combination of umami, bitter mouthfeel, and acidity.
It was delicious.

Good evening, ma-ki 😁.
We were there at the same time 😆.
We were 4 drinkers working together 😄.
I would have liked to do more tasting but it was impossible 🤣.
