Dinner at home.
I paired it with the fish I caught the day before.
It was dry and didn't interfere with the delicate taste of the white fish.
It was a good mid-meal drink.
As the name suggests, it's a beautiful wine with a color of mountain spray.
The aroma is mellow but quite gentle. The taste is savory and ripe with a lot of flavor.
I know I'm writing something advanced and scary, but it's not funny at all, and it's a legitimate foodie drink. Good wine.
