Kirishin Dry Junmai Sake
Dry sake from the Imanishi Shuzo brewery, which also brews "Sanmorosugi".
It is delicious. Even though it is dry, it is not the type of sake where the alcohol is overly assertive and stimulating; rather, it has a clean, elegant taste that is refreshingly crisp and clean. It has a slightly fruity sweetness that gently spreads on the palate. It is not a sweet sake, so the sweetness is moderate, but the spiciness is just right and delicious, like a modern dry sake.
