Today we have a sparkling sake from Chigasaki, Shonan, where athletes ran in the Hakone Ekiden (relay race) 🍶.
It is a fruity and sweet sake with a low alcohol content of 10% and a gaseous taste that is easy to drink.
Does it taste similar to Mio or Suzune?
It might be good for a toast!
I watch the Hakone Ekiden every year and couldn't watch today due to work, but Aogaku was strong again this year 👏👏👏.
