So, harvest #2 from the Tsukuba sake event!
I was quite impressed with this one, so I remember buying it as soon as I could (my memory of the others is doubtful)!
I'll have it in a snow-cold wine glass!
The aroma is sweet and sour... and the taste... sweet! Sweet!
The acidity is followed by a light sourness, and the sweetness finishes it off.
The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink!
But I've never seen it in a store before!
I wish many people could drink this... It's quite different from the image of sake!
I would recommend this to anyone who is a sake drinker!
Gotta have some local booze!
That's why I got it at an event in Tsukuba on Saturday!
It was my first time at Hana-no-I!
I've already had it, but again in a snow-cold wine glass!
The aroma is nice with some al...
And the taste is just as gentle, wrapped in sweetness!
It's a high 17% because it's a draft sake, but it's nice and gentle.
If you let your guard down, you might feel like you've been hit lol.
It has a unique flavor, like that of an aged sake like Yamahai. Even at room temperature, it's very peculiar, so I wonder what it will be like when it's heated up.
We tasted sake from Makabe in Hitachi.
The taste is refreshing even though it is undiluted sake. However, the throat is quite challenging to drink.
It was a good sake.
It is rather refreshing. It's very light. I liked the taste of the thieving cat better, but this is one of them.
This series of caricatures of birds and animals, I can't help but buy the jacket.
degree of liking ★★☆☆☆
I tasted it at a liquor store before and liked it, so I visited the brewery. It was a present for my sister who is not good at sake. I bought it with the intention of drinking it up myself if it didn't work. (In the end, I drank it myself.) The flavor is sweet and similar to white wine. Not too heavy. This sake is made from the sacred rice of Goshokomataki Shrine in Sakuragawa City, Ibaraki Prefecture. I heard that the label was designed by a student of Tsukuba University's College of Art and Design. Cute. This is the first sake I've had made with ancient rice, and I really like it.
Degree of preference ★★★★★
Sake made from ancient rice.
Duck farming rice.
...Words that bother me!
More importantly...
The label is so cute!
It's delicious!
It's sweet!
Do amazingly easy to drink.
It's like a soft drink with a little sourness...
I'm sure it'll be empty in no time.
It's a waste, so I think I'll keep it for three days...
...I think.
