Aged for 2 years using Koshihikari.
This sake is recommended by a sake shop in Ibaraki as a sake that goes well with rich meals such as dobujiru, a type of anko nabe.
If you heat it up lukewarm, the old sake really shines through!
We've been told that it tastes better the second day after opening, as it becomes mellower.

I bought a jacket, here!
I bought it around May of this year.
The liquor we bought together was so frightening in both aroma and taste that I was scared to open this one until now (laughs).
It was stored at room temperature for several months.
It's also (?) The aroma is Shaoxing wine.
But when you drink it, it's surprisingly smooth and mellow!
And when it's warmed up, it's just like freshly cooked rice!
Because it's made with koshihikari, a familiar food rice?
But the aroma is amazing, so I'm going to have to warm it up as fast as I can.
Let the alcohol evaporate a little, then let it warm up a little until it's warmed to human skin.
It's good to wait and then drink it ✨( ^^^^ )

色は黄色味がかってます。
匂いは紹興酒。味も燻った紹興酒。笑
ピザやサラミやウインナーに合うとのことですので
ウインナー以外は合わせてみました！
確かにいつも飲むような日本酒よりかは合う！
けど、個性的すぎてお酒が進まない…(>_<)
