Jizake Train E501 SAKIGAKE 2nd Anniversary(Yuki→Mito) We participated in an event where we could compare local sake from Ibaraki while enjoying a view of Mt. The first sake we drank was this one. It tastes like honey and has low alcohol content. My companion won this sake in a raffle held on the train! It was nice to talk with the brewery staff. The label was designed by a local Tsukuba University student with the image of this sake in mind. The label and the taste matched perfectly!

Jizake Train E501 SAKIGAKE 2nd Anniversary We went to an event where you can compare local sake from Ibaraki while looking over Mt. I was most shocked by this sake. It tasted syrupy sweet and mellow. The alcohol content was not high and I did not feel any alcohol. It was the first time for me to drink this drink and it was very tasty. I won a prize in a raffle held at the event! I am looking forward to drinking it at home! I am looking forward to drinking it at home.

The moment I drank it, I couldn't help but chuckle. It is sweet and tangy like light brown sugar or honey. It is sweet like sugar and has a sweetness like honey, and from there you can taste the sourness like green plums. It is sweet, refreshing, and delicious 🤤. Purchased by weight. Sake that pops like a pop label. Is this kind of sake good for aperitifs 🤔.

I bought a bottle of Hana-no-i special junmai sake, labeled "Thieving Cat," at Nishioka Honten in Makabe, which I stopped by on my way to the Tsukuba Rin-Rin Road on a rainy day the other day. I have had this sake before, but there is something different about sake bought at a sake brewery.

Homecoming Series 10 I went to Nishioka Honten in Makabe, Ibaraki Prefecture, and purchased a BY6 unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. It is a true Ibaraki sake made from Hitanishiki produced in Ibaraki Prefecture. It has an unadorned flavor, as is typical of Supin's sake. It is dry, with a short, refreshing aftertaste! The alcohol content is 17 degrees, which is proof that it is well fermented. The aroma is not assertive, and as a food sake it is first class!

The last was a Jun Dai from Hana-no-i. I thought there were a lot of animal label names, but I was told that it is a series of Birds, Animals, and Caricatures. It is an aged sake. It has a good balance of umami and acidity. I was just a little tipsy after two sets of drinks.

The third drink was at Hana-no-i. When I visited this restaurant on another day of the week, the person standing at the counter was a Hana-no-I employee. I ordered it because I remembered that I had it heated at that time. It was delicious with just the right amount of acidity.
