Kashiwamori original sake for the first time in a long time. It has a unique taste. It is not only dry, but also has the taste of aged sake in its amber color. If you are not a fan of sake, it may be too much for you, but if not, you can enjoy a slightly different and elegant taste. If you show your Tobu Railway Nikko Maas ticket, you will receive an oinokuchi (sake cup). It is a good idea to have a cup on the limited express on your way home! (From Shimoimoichi Station)

A bottle of the brewer's best Muscat? Pine? The fruity aroma is like Muscat? The flavor is delicious on the tongue and disappears without any cloying or clinging taste. Best served cold! It was awarded Silver at the SAKE COMPETITION 2023. It is said to be the sake that paved the way for Shimono Touji to be accepted. (Winning the competition is included in the conditions for Shimono Touji to be accepted.) Katayama Sake Brewery is a very small brewery that continues to follow the Sase method of pressing sake, a time-consuming and labor-intensive process. In recent years, the number of tanks used for brewing sake has been reduced to a fraction of the number of tanks used in the past, and it is not possible to make many prototypes of sake for competitions. This miraculous sake was born in such a situation. The taste is very impressive.

Nikko Craft Beer Festa 2023 A young girl from work invited me to this festival! It's hot every day and I like beer... so I went! My co-worker's daughter, her husband is a foreigner! Teenage daughter, a mysterious group of four. And my hometown is also my hometown, I found sake from Imaichi city lol! It's very robust and very sake-like. It's very stable. It was a very hot day, so I had it on the rocks! It wasn't my favorite...sorry <(_"_)>.

Brewed by Katayama Shuzo in Nikko, Tochigi Harazake Kashiwamori Motoface Unfiltered Nama Sake Katayama Shuzo is a nice sake brewery. This sake, First, refreshing and fruity. and then But soon a deep mellowness comes over you. And the taste is so rich and thick that it will make you fall in love with it. It's a very drinkable and addictive sake.

Opened July 28, 2023 Purchased at Tobu Department Store event. I knew it was good 😋. I buy it every year, but it's still a stable prime example ^ ^. Gentle sweetness, rice flavor, full of depth😍. It's still a good sake no matter how many times I drink it... It's a great sake to clear your mind, especially when you're feeling sad or uncomfortable. ☺️

When we visited Nikko, we stopped by one of the sake breweries, Katayama Shuzo, where we found a light nigori of daiginjo-genshu (limited to 50 bottles), with sake lees precipitating out. The bottle looked like a whiskey. It was a little expensive sake at 5,700 yen for a four-pack. It had a nice aroma and a tangy, bitter aftertaste. It was delicious, but I personally regret that it contains brewer's alcohol.

Opened January 6, 2023 Purchased at Sunshine event. Very soft❗️ Gentle sweetness of rice ^ ^ smooth ✨ Really smooth and creamy 🍨. I just want to drink this straight up, without any nibbles 😆. When you roll it on your tongue, it has a depth like chocolate or cocoa 🍫... 🍫. Is this the first Daiginjo I've bought in any way?
