In addition to our trip to Kinugawa Onsen, we visited a sake brewery.
The brewery is almost a family business, with a small number of elite employees, and they seemed to be having a hard time. I was happy to see that they explained everything carefully. I hope they will do their best.
I couldn't taste the wine this time because of the Corona.
I was worried about the dry taste of the Niigata type, but...
At first, it was spicy and dry, but it was easy to drink!
The aftertaste was spread out and mildly delicious!
I'm not sure if I'll be able to afford the Junmai Daiginjo or the Junmai Ginjo.
I couldn't get my hands on the Junmai Daiginjo, lol. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

The aroma is sweet and full... like a baked sweet potato.
It's not as sweet as I thought it would be, but it's clean and still has some acidity! It goes down your throat like orange juice or mixed juice ^ ^.
