The aroma is sweet and full... like a baked sweet potato.
It's not as sweet as I thought it would be, but it's clean and still has some acidity! It goes down your throat like orange juice or mixed juice ^ ^.

Very fresh and fragrant.
The mouthfeel is gentler than the nose, but gradually becomes macerated by the intense alcohol. A nice balance of candy-like sweetness and soft apple-like acidity.
I drink it every year, and it's good again this year ⭐️.

This is the kind of unpasteurized sake that has a lot of flavor. The water is soft and smooth. The taste is not as sweet as I expected. It is rather light and very easy to drink. The aroma is not so strong, but the flavor of the rice is very strong. The clear color and unclouded taste make me feel that this is a sake that was made with a lot of effort and care. In addition, the water is really good, and the brewery uses a hundred famous waters from Nikko, so I take a 2-liter plastic bottle with me.
