I visited the brewery and purchased this sake.
The brewer who helped us was very kind and told us about the brewery's specialties and the sake.
Sweet and sour aroma, the smell of canned pineapple
Gentle sweetness, a little sourness, and a tartness that seems to spread gradually over the tongue.
Slightly dry, it was a delicious sake with no unpleasant aftertaste.
This sake is made in Fukui City, Fukui Prefecture.
This sake is made in the northern part of Fukui City, close to the Kuzuryu River, the mother river of the Reinan region of Fukui Prefecture.
It has a slight hiney aroma, a rich spreading sweetness, and a solid spiciness.
It also has a solid spiciness.
The taste is simple, yet nostalgic, and seems to bring back memories of one's hometown.
It is a simple yet nostalgic taste that brings back memories of my hometown.
The first game of the Japan Series is in its final stages, and it is getting hotter.
The matchup between the Buffaloes' Masanao Yoshida and the Swallows' Yuhei Nakamura, both from Fukui Prefecture, is hot!
As a native of Fukui Prefecture, which produces a small number of professional baseball players, I am really happy to see these two players, each of whom has become a representative of the baseball world, face off in the summit game.
This bottle was given to me as a birthday gift last year. I've been accumulating a stock of sake, so I decided to drink it slowly.
It's a rare opportunity to see a bottle of sake in a tobin enclosure! It makes my heart dance ✨.
When you open the bottle and pour it, you can smell a slight ginjo aroma. It is almost scentless. The mouthfeel is very clean, but the soft, milky sake quality and subtle sweetness of the rice gradually covers the tongue!
The spiciness and the strength of 16% alcohol can be felt in the latter half of the bottle, but the overall flavor is moderate.
I think I have not had such a clear sake since I drank the highest quality sake of "Akagisan" (12,000 yen for 720ml)!
It is as pure as a gentle breeze. It quietly accompanies you from the beginning to the end.
The taste is the very embodiment of "elegance. It is a good bottle to drink by itself or to enjoy as a food wine!
Enjoy it carefully over the course of the day👍.

On this day, we were planning to go to the Borderland Kogen Snow Park and visit the sake brewery on the way back, but due to the fact that Route 161 was not plowed in time, the road was completely closed towards Kyoto, so we couldn't visit the brewery via Tsuruga.
On the way back, I stopped by Nihonkai Sakana Machi and bought a one-cup bottle.
I bought a one-cup glass because of its unusual design, but the sake was very refreshing and easy to drink.
This is the fifth sake I've bought in my hometown of Fukui.
This sake is from Fukui City, Fukui Prefecture, along the road from Fukui City to the Sea of Japan.
It is a brand that is often written on the signs of liquor stores in Fukui City.
It doesn't say "dry," but it is quite dry.
From the moment you put it in your mouth, it hits you with a pungent taste, aroma, sweetness and astringency in that order and strength.
All of them are elegant and pleasant, but they disappear while leaving a slight pungent aftertaste. It is similar to the Sanin sake that I fell in love with last year.
When I warmed it up, the speed of the rush increased. It's spicy, astringent, and pleasant.
Goes well with oysters steamed to the right temperature and heated up! This is good!
I wasn't feeling too well, but after drinking this, I'm finally getting my engine going! (That's not the same thing.)
Hi Jin-san, good evening ^ ^.
Congratulations on your 100 check-in🎉.
I didn't know this brand due to lack of study😓
But I'm curious about the flavor, which is catatonic😊.
Manta.
Thank you again!
The brand that I become catatonic is heavy in weight and has a grainy taste, so it may be a good choice for some people. But if you like it, you'll love it.
Very sweet on the nose: honey, molasses, malt, and picked vegetables. Hint of ginger?? Weird. Smells old but bottled in March apparently.
100% old sake. Pickled vegetables, slightly soy. Sweet and sticky, but tastes old. Maybe better if you warmed it up.

I bought this cup at Ashihara-onsen station to go with the ekiben, but I didn't drink it.
It has no characteristics and tastes like a cheap sake. Dry taste.
However, it was good to drink with sukiyaki, and it was quite tasty. When pairing it with strong flavors, this kind of dry sake with no characteristics might be a good match.
