一本義 仙介🇺🇦
This is the fifth sake I've bought in my hometown of Fukui.
This sake is from Fukui City, Fukui Prefecture, along the road from Fukui City to the Sea of Japan.
It is a brand that is often written on the signs of liquor stores in Fukui City.
It doesn't say "dry," but it is quite dry.
From the moment you put it in your mouth, it hits you with a pungent taste, aroma, sweetness and astringency in that order and strength.
All of them are elegant and pleasant, but they disappear while leaving a slight pungent aftertaste. It is similar to the Sanin sake that I fell in love with last year.
When I warmed it up, the speed of the rush increased. It's spicy, astringent, and pleasant.
Goes well with oysters steamed to the right temperature and heated up! This is good!
I wasn't feeling too well, but after drinking this, I'm finally getting my engine going! (That's not the same thing.)
