Today we are going out for a drink. This izakaya is a rare izakaya where you can eat a lot of vegetables 😁The sashimi is also reasonably priced with sea bream and swordfish. They sell vegetables, so they have a large selection of vegetable-based soft drinks. They mainly have local Shizuoka sake, but they also have a lot of Omuraya sake from the famous Omuraya brewery, which is famous for Wakatake and Onna no Nyokase 🧐 This is the first time I've had anything from this brewery. Today's sake was Oni Otome. I was in the mood for a sweet sake. The flavor was full and spreading. It is delicious 😋. We had it with sashimi, tempura, and meat rolls!

Oni Otome no Koi Itadakimasu, this is apparently the summer version🏝 The taste is quite strong❗️. The aroma is mild The aftertaste is bitter and tingling... You can also feel the honey 🐝 I don't think it's raw⁉️ They've lined up spring, summer and winter versions❗️.

absolute purity A sake for eating. I thought I could feel the taste of water, but it is Shizuoka sake. It is also light. The sweetness does not interfere with the taste. The label was a bit intimidating but it was not. It is a sober sake, but it doesn't get in the way. 86 points! Sweetness: 2.3 Sourness: 2.5 Dryness:2.6 Aroma:2.2
