The label of Oni Otome has a nice story. I am happy to enjoy a typical Shizuoka sake with grilled bonito and kampachi. Without soy sauce, I savor the ingredients and enjoy the rich and slightly sweet aftertaste of the sake.

A sake for eating. I thought I could feel the taste of water, but it is Shizuoka sake. It is also light. The sweetness does not interfere with the taste. The label was a bit intimidating but it was not. It is a sober sake, but it doesn't get in the way. 86 points!
