I have high expectations for the cold sake 😆.
When you open the bottle, you can feel the nice aroma of the rice 😍.
But there's also a bit of alcoholiness 🤔.
In the mouth, the flavor of the rice spreads all at once and is very flavorful😄.
It's not very fruity or gorgeous.
The aftertaste is clean and crisp.
It's very good as a midday sake.
The overall taste is dry but
You can feel the sweetness of Wasanbon.
I can recommend it to everyone as a mellow dry sake😁.

Gohyakumangoku from Wajima, 60% polished rice, 16% alcohol
It was my third glass so I didn't feel the aroma because I was paralyzed, no shame! 😣
This is a very easy to drink sake. I think it had some richness too, can't really remember 😅.

It seems to be unfiltered and slightly cloudy.
