Tasted at Kanazawa Jishu brewery at Kanazawa station. It has no corners and has a sweetness of rice. The aroma is mild because it is not a ginjo-shu. The first sip had a banana-like aroma. This sake is surely delicious even when heated.

あかつむ

Purchased at a convenience store on a business trip to Hyogo Prefecture. Since it is not a ginjo-shu, the aroma is subdued. The mouthfeel has a slight carbonation on the tongue, followed by a mild umami flavor that is almost gentle. It is easy to drink as much as you want. It is delicious.

Tasted at the Shinkansen exit of Sendai Station. The aroma is gentle and there is not so much alcohol smell. Fruity and a little sweet at the beginning. It is gentle to the touch and goes down smoothly. It has a bitter aftertaste.

Sweetness on the palate. Then sourness? There is a light tangy feeling. The aftertaste is smooth, not too sweet, and easy to drink. Delicious.
