New Year's party at home 🍾.
The second bottle was a local sake 🍶.
The label has changed this year, but the taste is...
The taste is quite refreshing and the rice flavor is strong.
The taste is quite refreshing and the rice flavor is strong, but the slight tangy taste does not wipe out the sake feeling.
It is mild with a low sweetness.
Compared to Kembishi, it is light and easy to drink. On the other hand, it is a little thin when cold.
It tastes good when heated up.
First time in Kanagawa.
Shirasazato Yamazake series, this is Honjozo Yabitsu Touge. It has a little leech drawn on it.
I think I'll use this one if I take it to the mountains.
A long-established sake brewery in Hadano City, at the foot of the Tanzawa Mountains. Recently, the management has changed, and they seem to have started many new things. The name "Tonodake" is inevitable for outdoor and mountain lovers, and it seems to have been created with outdoor drinking in mind, but it is also delicious at home.
It has a clean, refreshing taste, moderate aroma, and a pleasant, slightly sweet taste.
It is my favorite sake.
It goes well with a simple tokyo nabe or sashimi.
Sake rice is Gohyakumangoku.
Polishing ratio is 55%.
A good sake.
Is this the first time Shirasazato has released an old sake? So I bought it this time.
The label design is cool, the aroma is good, and the taste is mild and sweet, so I wanted to keep a bottle at home. It is a must repeat sake.
I hope there will be more aged old sake.
This is actually the second local sake. When the bottle is first opened, there is not much aroma. The mouthfeel is mild and there is almost no fizz. The specs are unknown, perhaps because it is a special form of sake that is not bottled as jungin. I would like to try another sake with a specific name. It's not a bad idea to try some local sake.
