Full-bodied dry Oak aroma, firm attack. Dry with a full-bodied taste. It goes in easily and is light and full-bodied. Sake from Hadano, Kanagawa Prefecture, which boasts of its famous water. It is best to savor it carefully 🤣. The other is Shonan Gold Liqueur. It is 9% ABV, so it is a bit strong on the rocks. It is recommended to drink it with soda.

At #Gin Kura I'm already falling apart. Will I be able to wake up tomorrow? Sorry. I'm typing on my phone, so I'm checking in as I go without checking. Corrections will be made after tomorrow afternoon (LOL). So, I found a Kanagawa Tensei and thought I'd try this one, but next to it was a brand I'd never seen before. What? I thought, "What? It was Junmai, so it was a little firm, but I could taste the flavor of the rice and it was easy to drink. No, it is really delicious 😄. I was very happy after a long time at Ginzo. I think the best way to enjoy the food is to sit at the counter and relax with the manager, rather than to talk about the food and this and that. I guess it's best to relax with the manager at the counter. 😅 I'm very satisfied with the food! Thank you 🙋

I came to Hakone 2 The second bottle was Shiro Sasadzumi! It had a strong flavor and was good as a second bottle! It was not too heavy, did not disturb the meal, and went very well with it! Thank you very much for the meal!

Today I went to Shirasasa Inari Shrine in Kanagawa Prefecture, so I thought it was a good place to buy Shirasasa Tsuzumi. It is a standard sake stored in fresh storage. The aroma is similar to that of the harsh sake I smelled as a child. The taste is surprisingly mild and delicious with a rich sweetness. The aftertaste is a little harsh. I really wanted to buy something with higher specifications, but I didn't have time to go to a liquor store, so I bought it at OdakyuOX next to the station. It is nice to find a supermarket that carries locally brewed sake.
