The aroma is both fresh and classical.
Nutty and aromatic aroma with a touch of nuttiness,
Grain rice delicious! It also has a milky flavor.
The second half of the bottle has a gorgeous orange-like aroma in the mouth.
A sake with character.
4/5 stars for my liking.

Kanei Sake Brewery Shirasasazazumi (literally, "shirasazazumi") Surprisingly difficult to read.
Melon-like aroma. It has a soft mouthfeel and a persistent sweetness. Full of aroma and flavor of rice. Easy to drink. I like it.
Purchased at a sake brewery. Located next to Hadano Sports Park.
The brewery has developed a series of all Hadano-made sake called the Miraizake Series, and in addition to Shika, they have also released Daichi and Kanaehane, both with names that make my heart tingle.
Photo 3 shows the Shirasasa Inari Shrine, which is associated with the Shirasasa drum. I was bitten by mosquitoes.

Recommendation! Aged sake soaked in a barrel, this sake tastes like barley shochu. Highball is recommended. Would go well with salmon.

It snowed, so we went to Tanzawa Daisen again. We came down and had a drink at Sakuraya, a teahouse near the lower shrine of Aburi Shrine. The seats in the sun are cozy.
Kanai Sake Brewery is a local brewery in Hadano City, known for its famous water. The label says that it is a music brewery, which means that they make the koji mold play Mozart 😅I wonder if it is more about creating a fun work environment than making the mold play Mozart. As the label says it is for cold sake only, it was clean and dry.

I went to Terada Honke in Chiba the other day and the brewer sang a song called "Hashidasuri Uta" while brewing sake.
