Newly started trading at my favorite liquor store Sagajo Shoten 🍶I saw it for the first time and the owner recommended to buy it! First of all, the name is good❗
First time to try it 🤤and what it tastes like ❗I've had many Miho Chans in the store, but it's still raw 😳.
It's a bottle enclosure ❗I'm sure there's a beautiful girl with an enclosure!
It's so delicious 😋It has just the right amount of sweetness and umami flavor! No bitterness or sourness and it slowly fades away 😊I'm crazy about this one 💕.
I'm sure I'll be paying tribute to various Mihos in the future👍.
I opened a bottle at the Sake-no-wa Mah-jongg and tried it, but this time I got a disappointing result 😭kino.
Mimo-chan didn't make it as an Akeman 😢 but it's delicious so it's no problem 🆗✌️

Yesterday, I went to my favorite izakaya "我" ♡♡♡.
I drank a variety of drinks in the all-you-can-drink 1 hour 1500 yen (*^^*)
It was crowded, so I couldn't order at a high pitch, so I could only drink 9 kinds out of the 20 or so available...(-_-...)
The 6th drink was "Miho".
Oroku" and "Gassan" are the most famous sake from Shimane, so I haven't had many of the others.
It has a strong sense of rice, but it's not mellow or fruity. I'm sure you'll love it. *I love it!

It is said that the Miho Shrine in Shimane Prefecture is the origin of naming. I call it "Miho-san" somehow.
It has a rounded Ginjo aroma.
If you put it in your mouth, sweetness and umami will fill your mouth gently. It is not so flashy, but it is gentle and round.
The finish is also gentle, leaving a gentle bitterness and a sense of sake.
Ahhh... it's delicious!

It doesn't have the glamour of the modern style, but it is a calm sake. The taste of rice and a slight bitterness lingers in the mouth as an aftertaste and is pleasant. It has a beautiful aftertaste. It goes very well with dried white fish.
