Miho純米吟醸原酒 瓶囲い
ラル大佐
It is said that the Miho Shrine in Shimane Prefecture is the origin of naming. I call it "Miho-san" somehow.
It has a rounded Ginjo aroma.
If you put it in your mouth, sweetness and umami will fill your mouth gently. It is not so flashy, but it is gentle and round.
The finish is also gentle, leaving a gentle bitterness and a sense of sake.
Ahhh... it's delicious!
Thank you for the meal!

Colonel Lal, please excuse my comment.
When I traveled to Shimane two years ago, I went to Miho Shrine! It was a venerable and atmospheric shrine.
I'm curious to know if there is such a delicious sake👍.

Thanks for the comment, Hilacho. It's not a premium sake, so you don't have to go far to find it.
I hope you can enjoy it with kindness.
