This is a Yamahai, Kuranohana Junmai Ginjo. After a light mouthfeel, it has a firm The flavor of the rice and the mild ginjo aroma. It is very well balanced and delicious! Seriously, it's umvelous!

At home. Alternating with other alcoholic beverages, from cold to warm It was something I had bought in a bottle to enjoy in various ways. The aroma is mild. Behind the full flavor. Moderately sweet and juicy. When cooled, it has an elegant taste without any bitterness. When warmed up, the acidity comes to the fore. It has a powerful flavor with a bitter aftertaste. I'm sure I'll enjoy it for a long time to linger. I took it after my physical exam. I'm looking forward to the benefits of a week of sobriety. 3.5 stars.

Good evening... I've had the Koganezawa before. I've never seen Tachibaniya before. From the reviews, it looks like it would go great with a hot drink! It's nice to have a new, fruity drink. It's nice to be able to linger and drink!

Tachibaniya Junmai-Ginjo Kura-no-Hana, Yamahai-shikomi Last year. The liquor store recommended it to me. It was so good after I bought it that I started drinking it like I was following the manufacturer, Kawakei Shoten's sake. It is a sake that is very special to me. When you drink it, you get a sour and sweet taste, and a crisp finish ✨. It has a lingering aroma. It's the kind of drink that will make you drink to your heart's content. It's not a flashy drink, but I knew it was going to be good again this year ❤️ I'm definitely going to buy the ministry again next year. (🍺850ml -> but it's less than half 🍺 😭)
