This one is very dry compared to what I usually drink. Noticeably so. Also medium bodied. I don’t really like it but it was the only small bottle at the 7-11 next to Heizan-Sakamoto in Otsu.

I don’t know if this is the right Ozeki but it is the most smooth sake I have drank in a long time. Like water almost. In a great little izakaya in Otsu. UPDATE: the more I drink the more it tastes like sugar was added afterwards. Then it feels a little too sweet in an artificial way. But still good.

This is the wrong brewery. It’s called kankeiku meijo. Very carbonated. So carbonated the top popped to the ceiling! 2024 vintage. Tastes sweet
