We were at a izakaya in Nada, and when I told them that I like Kido, they introduced me to Senzuke~! Oh no, this one is also excellent! I can't stop drinking it... I didn't know there was such a delicious sake so close to me (^^;) I was so happy.

I was attracted by the cat and bought it the same day as Nekobayama. It is slightly sweet and slightly spicy. A refreshing and light sake. I bought Nekobayama and Nekoma no Shizuku because of the cat label, but I didn't like them both very much 😹.

Purchased at Sake Club Ichino near Hanshin Mikage Station. The brands handled were Tamagawa, Jyugokuhi, Chokyu, and Chikusen, many of which are suitable for aging and warming. Other brands include Mansaku no Hana, Rumiko no Sake, Suginishiki, Hakuin Masamune, Chiyodagura, and Senzuke. The rarer ones are Ryujinmaru, Kukagura, Hoshiichi, Hyakumoku, and Ichi (another brand of Fukuju). There is a rice-polishing machine and the store smells like a rice shop. I chose it because it was fresh and sweet in the Ten Rising Sun. This was my first time to taste rice called Midorimai. The aroma was tangy. Slightly sweet and refreshing, with a sour finish. In places, cans of San-in dry sake can be seen. A little cinnamon taste. I wonder if this is the type that I would not like if it were a regular product, because it is probably not like Asahi Nikkyo.

It's lit but fizzy and the gas is sizzling. Fresh flavor, like a raw sake. Sweet and sour. It's sake, but it goes down your throat like beer. It's perfect for summer.

某マンガで一躍有名になったお酒ですね。近場に特約店があり行ってみたら置いてました。水みたいにスッキリしてて自然にスルッと入っていく感じ。華やかでフルーティーな大吟醸らしい部分と大吟醸らしくない独特のテイスト(上手く表現出来ないけど)が共存してる。不思議なお酒。

The label on the bottle says 2016, so this one has been aged for 4 years. I guess this is what it tastes like when you age a draft sake for a long period of time. It has a surprisingly fruity sweetness. The alcohol stimulation is strong. It is good to drink little by little.

福寿で有名な神戸酒心館さんの流通限定ブランドです。日付見る感じ酒屋さんで1年近く熟成された物かと思われる。口当たりから飲み口まで全てが優しいタッチ。甘みもやんわりして優しい。これは元からなのか熟成で丸くなったのかどっちなんだろう?

1合瓶で無濾過生なのが珍しいのでお試しに買ってみました。るみ子の酒で有名な蔵ですね。ラベルのイメージと違ってドッシリとした日本酒らしい味わい。山廃の割には飲みやすいかなと思う。
