Yuzu Sake Slight aroma of yuzu, smooth attack. Slightly sweet, slightly refreshing. It goes in smoothly and leaves a lingering aftertaste in the throat. I've been drinking too much lately, so tonight I'm going to enjoy a light 8 degrees ABV sake. The fact that it is made with deep seawater from the Muroto Sea is also good for one's health.
