I bought this one after tasting it with Daikoku Masamune at Yamamoto Sake Shop in Kuise and wondering about it. I had tasted Tomikunaga in the past, but this was the first time I bought it. This is a rice called Yatanso, which is used only by Tomikunaga. It has just the right amount of gas and sweetness. Not too sweet, but just the right amount. It is like the sweetness and umami of rice. Balanced type. I would like to try other types of rice.

It said something about it being aged, so I wonder if it's hiya oroshi? I was allowed to sample it at Yamamoto Sake Shop. First visit since 2019 before Corona. The store is very proactive in letting us sample their sake and they usually let us drink out of the sealed bottle of their stock. It's a local place but I don't go there often, so if it were closer, I'd go there often. They are not on SNS at the moment, so I'll write down the brands they carry. Echino Kanmei, Yone Hyakudara, Morinokura, Dokurakura, Tomikyucho, Tocho, Shirataka, Daikoku Masamune, Sakeyumu (Eikun's limited brand. PB of a liquor store in Kyoto) Echino Kanbai also has a selection of expensive brands that you would have to go to a department store to find, if you like. I personally recommend the regular and honjozo brands of Yone Hyakutawara and Tocho. The store opens early in the morning and is open on Sundays, so if you are in the area, please stop by. I found it to be fruity and sweeter than I expected. It is a twice-brewed sake, but I felt it was carefully brewed and fresh. It was delicious, but I was curious about Tomikunaga's Yatancho, so I bought that one. The official account of Daikoku Masamune said that twice-hiked does not meet the definition of hiyaoroshi. I guess it's not hiyaoroshi unless it's precisely packed fresh.

Transparent with a slight yellowish tinge. It has a fruity aroma reminiscent of grapes and lychee, with a hint of cemedine. The intensity of the aroma is moderate. The mouthfeel is fresh and crisp (it's fresh after autumn, but it's still fresh ^^; is there another way to describe it?) Juicy and mellow. It has a juicy and mellow nose, but as time goes by, the yogurt-like taste becomes more prominent and the acidity begins to assert itself. The aftertaste is rather long. A mellow sake.

Brilliant, colourless, clear. Mild and soothing aroma, reminiscent of plain yoghurt. The intensity of the aroma is moderate. The mouthfeel is mellow and smooth. The aroma has a subtle sweetness reminiscent of Kamishinboshi, sharp acidity and bitterness. It is crisp and has a short aftertaste. It is a refreshing sake.

It's been a long time since I've had a sake like this. When I think about it, during the local sake boom 30 years ago, all the cats and lads were making a fuss about how "light and dry" sake was good, and Koshino Kanbai was the representative of that, and the price was unfairly raised.

It is said to be read as "Sake Arimu (Sake Arite Madoromu)". I tasted it and found it delicious, so I bought it. There is not much information on it in a search, but it seems to be a PB of Osaki Shoten in Kyoto. It is a strong sake with a firm sweetness. It is juicy. I think it is better to let it sit for a few days after opening it.

ほぼ無色透明。ビスケットを思わせる甘い香りに干しぶどうを思わせる甘酸っぱい香りも覗かせる。微かに老ね香が見られるのは販売店の保存状態か。口当たりは穏やかな甘味。フラットなテクスチャー。ややスムースな飲み口。シャープな苦味。短めの余韻。爽酒。

開栓2日目、ジューシー感が増して、含み香もまろやかさが出て旨口に。やっぱり醇酒かな?最近評価が定まりません。なんだかブレてきました💧

昨日試飲して買いました。わざわざ売り物のお酒を封開けて飲ませてもらいました。アル添なのに全然気にならない。スッキリしてて米の甘みも感じられる。普通酒なのにめっちゃ美味しい。何これ?他の商品も飲んでみたい。

精米歩合55%の吟醸規格だけど焼酎使ってるから普通酒扱いだとか。美味しいけれど値段がね。酒屋さんにて試飲。抵抗無く受け入れられるお酒。スイスイ飲めそう。
