I was told there was a summer sake, so I asked for it. Indeed, it has a refreshing taste! Udon noodles and Yuba Tofu as a snack! Yuba Tofu is so delicious, I'll buy some when I see it in the supermarket! The name of the restaurant is "Natsurei" which means "Summer Sake" in Japanese.

Jinroku (切麦や甚六)

ヒラッチョ

Mutsu Hachisen's orange label, Hiyoroshi. It has an aroma and juiciness that is not typical of hiyaoroshi, in a good sense of the word, and is very Mutsu Hachisen. We had a lunchtime drink at an udon restaurant in Shinjuku Gyoenmae that we had been curious about. I am going to Jingu stadium to watch the Rokugakusei baseball game ⚾️.
