Here's the closing. I just looked at the fridge and chose the yellow label.
Mellow ゙ aroma. Slightly ripe taste. Sweetness and umami. Delicious. I think it is a slightly sweet ゙sake. Very tasty.
Following last night's visit to Yamagata, we went to Aizu, a famous sake brewery. Thanks for a great night.

三連休は会津若松に遠征です😊
人気店で一次会♬宮泉→廣戸川→泉川の順でいただきました！それぞれホント美味しかったけど、飲んだことない泉川でチェックインします。
香り控えめで柔らかい感じ。かすかに藁のような、複雑な味がして、キレが良く、あまり特徴ないかな？と思いましたが、食事と一緒だと素晴らしいんです。ビックリ。
宮泉山田穂はフルーティ、廣戸川は香り強めで濃厚。みんな美味しかった。福島すごい。楽しい！
