The other day we had a year-old Hoshikai, and this evening we have this year's version.
It is juicy and has a gorgeous aroma.
It is also sweet and delicious! It is delicious.
Compared to last year's, the tips of the tongues are more chili, and the taste is more vivid.

The taste is a classic, refreshing and gorgeous one, absolutely delicious. I would recommend this to anyone who is new to sake and likes cocktails. I thought I was only going to drink a little bit, but this is bad...! (lol)

Toji: Tomohiro Uchiyama アザラシ3合Went to the liquor store today for this! (And drank it right away.) It's good too! It has a umami taste, and it's the kind of sake you'd expect from a Japanese sake. But it's not sharp and easy to drink. According to the back label, it's a great sake for both cold and hot drinking, and I can see why!
Serve with tuna, sea robin sashimi, and fried eggplant and chives!
