アザラシ3合
Went to the liquor store today for this! (And drank it right away.) It's good too! It has a umami taste, and it's the kind of sake you'd expect from a Japanese sake. But it's not sharp and easy to drink. According to the back label, it's a great sake for both cold and hot drinking, and I can see why!
Serve with tuna, sea robin sashimi, and fried eggplant and chives!
