@Shinshu Nagaya Bar Tenryo Honor from Nakano City. I can't find any information on the net but it is probably a regular sake. The aroma is a little peculiar and sweet. I forgot to check the photo because the production date is out of date, but is it a little twitchy? 🤔. When you put it in your mouth, there is a slight sweetness and a slight sourness. It is a calm sake for a meal. The third picture is of the Tenryogyu brewery, a 10-minute walk from Shinshu Nakano Station on the Nagano Electric Railway Nagano Line... but one of the two buildings that should be there on Google Maps has been cleared and turned into a construction site, and the remaining building where the brewery's store was located has been partially demolished and is now empty. The rest of the buildings where the warehouse shop used to be were also partially demolished and empty. The photo is of a private house on a neighboring property. Unfortunately, there was an off-limits sign at the entrance, so we were unable to talk to the owner and had to leave. Due to the train schedule, we took a cab from Nakano to Obuse, and the driver told us that Tenryogyu had gone out of business several years ago. I was the one who applied for "closed" in the Tenryogyu Sake Brewery Summary section of Google Maps😅.
