After harvesting the Hitogokochi rice in Shinshu Sanada, Tozawa area, we had a consolation party at Tozawa community center and waited for the Shinkansen at Yakitori Bancho in Ueda station on the way home ♫ We continued with sake from Ueda! Next up was the Wadaryu Hiyoroshi. The aroma is restrained and the taste is actually junmai ginjo, and the true essence of President Sumio can be found in hiyaoroshi. A delicious sake!
After harvesting the Hitogokochi rice in Shinshu Sanada, Tozawa area, we had a consolation party at the Tozawa community center and waited for the Shinkansen at Yakitori Bancho in Ueda station on the way home ♫ We will continue with sake from Ueda! We started with Shinshu Kamerei, which is in the Hall of Fame. I went to buy it again this spring straight after planting rice. The sake is still as delicious as ever, with a hint of schwarziness!
I've been waiting for the bullet train at Ueda station on my way back from harvesting rice as a sake rice owner in the terraced rice paddies of Inakura, Kakawari-tai 🎵 Delicious 🎵 Yuki Kurihara, the toji, brilliant!
Waiting for the bullet train at Ueda station on the way back from harvesting rice in the terraced rice paddies of Inakura as a kakawari-tai sake rice owner here 🎵 Delicious 🎵 This would be great warmed up too 😁.
Waiting for the bullet train at Ueda station on the way back from harvesting rice in the terraced rice paddies of Inakura as a sake rice owner in the kakawari group 🎵 delicious 🎵.
It is hiyaoroshi from Tsukiyoshino 🌙.
The top aroma is sweet with a full-bodied flavor.
It has a slightly robust sweet flavor with a hint of complexity on the palate.
I had it cold, but it would have been better heated as the label on the back says.
It was delicious though 🍶😉.
The third and fourth pictures are of the main factory of Hioki Electric, located about 2km north of Wakabayashi Brewery.
They are famous for their HIOKI brand testers, but unless you work in the electrical field, you might wonder what that is lol.
I don't have much to do with it either😅
Yamazan Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki Gowari Gobu Unfiltered Unrefined Unrefined
The last of the six Ueda sake breweries to be compared is Yamasan.
Yamasan is already a star brewery, isn't it?
Even at liquor stores these days, each person drinks a bottle, not one bottle per person, but one bottle per group.
If I see it, I buy it! It's a "buy it when you see it" policy.
Yes, it's delicious, no question about it.
Mutou SENSHU JUNMAI GINJO NAMAHARA SAKE
Next is Mutou!
The sharpest or solidest of the bunch.
This combination is good 🙆.
Yakitori: I shared a set of 10 with my senpai. The sake is delicious, and the sauce is strictly forbidden to be marinated twice.
The restaurant has about 8 seats at the counter only?
This time we visited without a reservation, but they said they would call me on my cell phone when a seat became available.
We waited in the waiting room of the station right in front of the restaurant, but it was not a bother at all.
Good morning @Mizuhashi🌞.
I'm actually planning to stay 2 nights in Ueda next month, and was wondering about Yakitori Bancho's sake selection, which is not like a chain restaurant.
It looks pretty good, but do you have any other Ueda recommendations?
Good evening, Matsuchiyo-san 🌆.
Actually, this is my first time to stay in Ueda, and I always stay in Tateshina or Tateshina on the way to the hotel, so I don't have much information about the nightlife in Ueda 😭.
I learned about Yakitori Banchou from President Okazaki's X information 😉.
Matsuchiyo, continued.
This time, I stayed at a rustic inn in front of the station. I felt that this is a town that is metabolizing, with many small, clean stores open at night. I recommend President Okazaki's X information 🥰.
Wada Ryutosui Junmai Hiyoroshi
The only Hiyoroshi ^ in the 6 breweries drinking comparison set.
The taste is gentle and slightly matured.
I'd like to enjoy this one at home.
Shinshu Kamerei Kinmonishiki Junmai Ginjo
Yes, the next one is Ueda's superstar, Shinshu Kamerei🍶.
Consistently delicious 😋!
The couple next door, the husband chose Shinshu Kamerei. Of course, we stopped by the brewery's store to make love.
I was looking forward to the new sake 😊.
On Saturday, we visited Tamamura Honten "Shiga Kogen Beer, New Engi" in Shibu Onsen, Hokushinryu in Obuse, Takazawa Sake Shop in Toyoga in Suzaka, Okazaki Sake Brewery brewery store, and finally Tsukiyoshi brewery store, which was closed, but we had a lot of fun.
Before entering the inn, we went to Shikyoyu Onsen, a hidden hot spring, soaked in the soft water, and enjoyed the Ueda Rokuzo set at Yakitori Bancho 😃, the best 😍.
Takizawa Junmai Daiginjo Shiboritate Naokumi
It is a sake of Shinshu Meisho.
It is from the same brewery as the Ting.
It has more body than the Ting.
The set was empty, and I had to refill it.
On the way to the inn in Ueda, we passed by the brewery, but as I recall, they do not have a storefront.
Next time I would like to take Takizawa with me to the liquor store to find it carefully 🫡.
I didn't know it was this good😅.
Tsukiyoshino no Midori Unfiltered Nama Sake
We came to Yakitori Bancho, Ueda Ekinaka Branch.
We had to wait for 30 minutes because the restaurant was full.
A set of 6 local sake breweries in Ueda to compare ^ ^.
It's so exciting, isn't it?
We also visited the brewery store, but it was closed that day 😭.
Yakitori goes well with Ueda's sake 🍶😋.
