Timeline
けにょRecently, I've been interested in Kaze no Mori's low-milling 807 series, and Akitsuho's ver3 was released, so I captured it. This Akitsuho low-milling rice test brewing series is getting better and better. In addition to the usual freshness of Kaze no Mori, it has a complex flavor and sweetness, and this one was outstanding. I felt that they are really trying to make a good low polished rice sake(๑˃̵˂̵) けにょIt was delicious right after I bought it, but after letting it sit in the fridge for 10 days like the liquor store said, I had another drink today with some Akitana fish. It has evolved into a delicious autumn sake with a mellow acidity and a pronounced flavor! The sweetness of the lactic acidity of this sake, which is similar to that of Tootsuru from Saga, which I drank yesterday, is perfect for autumn nights. けにょThe liquor store that serves as a refrigerator for our Denshu, Kaze no Mori, and Koyoshiku recommended Raku no Seki to me, so I tried it for the first time. The balance of the acidity and umami in the heavy 20 degrees was outstanding, and it was a shocking sake with perverted specifications. I'd like to try Okuharima soon as it is recommended. けにょMy roommate loves it, so it's becoming a regular sake in our fridge. I'm thankful that it's relatively easy to find these days. This flavor has become our family's sake reference, and in the end, we're happy just drinking it. I always feel like I'm drinking good sake when I look at the label (๑˃˂˂) かずきOpened on September 8, 2021

Refreshing young grass-like aroma.
The acidity stands out! The sourness is mainly strawberry 🍓 I can also feel the sweetness rather firmly, but it is clean and crisp like a hacker!
It seems to go well with a slightly oily meal. ふとくぼ🔰It's amazing that you can make unfiltered, unpasteurized sake with 10% alcohol.
Almost no aroma. Super refreshing muscat cider. It is very fresh. There is almost no miscellaneous taste, bitterness, or alcohol, but there is a hint of rice. I can feel it. This is a badass sake that I could finish a four-pack of.
🕺🕺🕺🕺🕺 KumakichiI popped into my favorite liquor store just before closing time and got a bottle of Sunburst!
It has a refreshing acidity and sweetness, followed by a crisp, clean finish, and you can drink as much as you want!
I was told that I can enjoy the change in taste after opening the bottle, so I'll hold out and enjoy the other half tomorrow!
Alcohol content: 13 degrees KumakichiThere was a Kaze no Mori store nearby, so I took a walk and bought it.
Immediately after opening the bottle, there was a lot of gas, but once you get used to it, the harmony of the flavor of the rice and the acidity is wonderful!
Rice polishing ratio 50%, alcohol 16 degrees
100% Deware-Hafu from Goseki-mura, Nara Prefecture. もなかThe owner of the liquor store recommended this Koei Chrysanthemum to me to try.
Day 1.
Slightly effervescent, with a strong alcoholic aroma.
Refreshing in the mouth, with a strong acidity.
The sweetness is also strong.
This is a new type of sake that I have never tasted before!
Day 2.
The foam is gone and the aroma is less alcoholic.
The sweetness is a little more pronounced, though.
I think the whole thing has mellowed out and is easier to drink! もなかI heard this is the most standard drink in the country.
At the first sip, it is very refreshing!
I was surprised at how light it was on the palate and the aftertaste.
As I got used to drinking it, I could sense a different, more robust flavor.
It's not spectacular, but it has a definite flavor? I feel like there is a There is a sweetness that remains underneath.
The aroma is elegant and very good, perhaps due to the fact that it is 55% polished. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
