It's amazing that you can make unfiltered, unpasteurized sake with 10% alcohol.
Almost no aroma. Super refreshing muscat cider. It is very fresh. There is almost no miscellaneous taste, bitterness, or alcohol, but there is a hint of rice. I can feel it. This is a badass sake that I could finish a four-pack of.
