I'm grateful for it✨.
A touch of gas and just the right amount of acidity, yum!
According to the toji (brewer), the finish is a bit sweeter this year.
When you think about it, it's really nice to be able to drink sake that was squeezed this morning 😳.
Thanks to all the people at the brewery who worked so hard from early on to bottle it.
I was so grateful that I was able to finish the bottle in no time at all (*^^*)
