I often drink Gohashi, but this Tanuki label is the one I wanted to try (*^^*).
I was so excited when I got it.
I'm going to drink it with fish such as sashimi of Spanish mackerel and grilled salmon.
The color of the sake is a little cloudy when it is poured into a cup.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sourness on the tip of your tongue first, and then the sweetness and richness.
It's delicious! I can't stop!
I drink too much.
What is the right thing to pair it with?
I think it goes well with seafood pasta and Italian food.
