The green bottle is called "Gangi Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Raw Sake No.2".
It is said that No.1 and No.2 are the order in which they were released to the world.
So No.2 is the second sake released to the world!
It has a strong sweetness that makes it more of a sake to be savored on its own than a sake to be enjoyed with food. I personally think it tastes better when it's a little colder than room temperature, rather than chilled to the bone. I personally thought so (^o^)
