Good evening, Tomoe.
It is delicious, isn't it?
There was a time a few years ago when I was quite addicted to it and always had one in the fridge.
By the way, I still have a bottle in reserve, lol.
Happy New Year 🎍🍶.
Since it's New Year's Day, I got a little excited and bought a bottle of Mansaku no Hana Bekkaku Daiginjo. I compared it with Haneya Jungin Prism.
The Haneya has a smooth and smooth taste, as you would expect from a raw sake. The Mansaku no Hana is sweet and refreshing, and I can drink it as much as I want.
Pair it with my homemade Iburi Goko cream cheese potato salad and you've got a winner!
Haneya's sake was fresh, so I had to drink it fast! I was a bit too busy drinking the Mansaku no Hana.
Hello! Romain is so delicious. I'm from Miyagi and the sake from Fukushima is wonderful!
I think they are having a reconstruction fair, so I'm contemplating buying some more.
My parents-in-law are from Kesennuma, and I took them there on a trip back home, and my friend's brother will be the toji (chief brewer) of Urakasumi's second brewery this fall.
