It's been a long time since we met.
Sanin Togo
I was struck by the richness of the first time I drank it, and I wanted to drink it again.
The color is like the color of whiskey, the smell is mellow, and the taste is mellow.
It was delicious.
I had it at room temperature this time, but next time I would like to try it hot.
I should have taken a picture of the sake poured into the cup!
The most delicious sake I have ever had in Nagano!
Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake
I had had Shinshu Kamerei at a restaurant in the past, and it was also delicious, but this time I was really shocked at how delicious it was.
It was sweet, but had a nice sharpness, and yet you could still taste the umami.
I was happy to be able to drink it.
I wanted to buy some, but I couldn't.
I hope to meet it again somewhere!
Sake invited to a friend's house
Junmai Ginjo Nigori Nama Sake by Akizuka
I had never had nigori sake before, but it was really delicious.
We enjoyed it while making hand-rolled sushi.
After the Aki-shika was gone, we had Ippongi Hiyaoroshi.
It was also delicious.
I would like to try other Aki-shika as well!
Tenpyo" was recommended as the next best sake at the store.
Junmai Ginjo Sake
This sake is made by Nishi Shuzo, known for its shochu "Tominohozan".
It was delicious, with a pleasant taste on the palate and a strong sake flavor. As one would expect from a sake that was recommended to be next in line.
The other bottle was "Kagiya" Junmai Nama-nama-shu.
This sake was recommended to go with fish.
It was very refreshing and delicious! The feeling of being washed out after drinking was very pleasant.
It made me realize that I really like nama sake.
It was one of the seasonal recommendations at the restaurant.
The sake was a little cloudy and thick.
It was easy to drink, but had a strong sake taste that lingered in the mouth.
It was so delicious that I wanted to finish with just this one saké.
One thing I regret is that they took the bottle away from me right after pouring the sake.
I wish I could have seen the label.
