Junmai Ginjo Sake
This sake is made by Nishi Shuzo, known for its shochu "Tominohozan".
It was delicious, with a pleasant taste on the palate and a strong sake flavor. As one would expect from a sake that was recommended to be next in line.
The other bottle was "Kagiya" Junmai Nama-nama-shu.
This sake was recommended to go with fish.
It was very refreshing and delicious! The feeling of being washed out after drinking was very pleasant.
It made me realize that I really like nama sake.
