I received this as a birthday present from a friend🎁. It is rather straight and dry. She said it goes well with sweets. It's a sake that will tighten and wash away the sweetness left on the palate of sweets 🍶. The label is cute~❤️

It has a clear sensation that goes down your throat smoothly after the dry taste comes in with a gusto. It fades out while still retaining a slight umami flavor. The aroma lingers in the back of your nose until you realize it, and the taste is similar to the feeling you get when you remember a memory that you thought you had forgotten.
