Yesterday, I made a pilgrimage to the Holy Land! I went to a nearby supermarket and found that "Kinjaku Kamisen" was sold out. They said they haven't received the new shipment yet this year. (Holy crap!) I had no choice but to go to the Nishiki-cho station to buy it. I found "Kinjaku Seishu GOLD" and bought it.

T-Kaji-san, I was invited to a tasting of "Kinjaku/Yumejaku" at a restaurant that is favored by Kinjaku. I was invited to a tasting of Kinjaku and Yumejaku. I couldn't drink it unless it was a special occasion, so I joined the event. It was 5,000 yen for a cup of sake. (lol).

This is a picture from 2 years ago. Kinjaku Junmai Ginjo on the rocks! The side dishes are "chilled tofu" and menma (pickled bamboo shoots) in a bottle. (lol). I'm so glad I'm Japanese!
