At last, we have opened it! My first "Kinjaku Nigori Sake"! I like nigori sake, but I didn't know that Kinjaku has nigori sake. I have always been a fan of nigori sake, but I only recently found out that Kinjaku has nigori sake I just recently found out that Kinjaku has nigori sake.... (lol).... It's really delicious, but the other day I was told that the nigori sake has been discontinued for this year. But the other day, I heard that they have finished nigori sake for this year, and they haven't decided whether they will make it next season or not... I was looking for it, but was told that liquor stores don't sell it wholesale. Then I found out that you can buy it by mail order at "Jakushudo". I ordered it and it arrived! I also wanted nigori sake, but this season's nigori sake I got a reply saying that the program had been terminated.... (Holy shit!) It is 20 degrees Celsius. ( ;-) )

I was strolling around Iwakuni town, and I saw it on display outside a shop. I wonder how many years it's been since I've seen it, perhaps it's been 7 or 8 years since I've seen it. I love Mako-suke and Kinjaku, so I have taken many pictures of them. After all, "Hishou" is exceptional! The "Kaminosen" are not bad, but they are hard to find. You can say that about "Kinjaku" in general.... (lol)

It's finally here, "Hiden, Oki Ikkan". I like it the most. Next is Yamahai, and then Junmai Ginjo. Junmai Ginjo" was released in early spring of this year, and it was so delicious I'm looking forward to the new one.
