The sake party we're having over here can't be held now because of the guy. The organizer buys the sake that I ordered personally. This was the sake I ordered this month! I think it turned out to be a great decision, it was still freshly opened and tasted great on the first day! I guess we'll see how it goes for the next 3 days or so.... I had the first time to try Umaue Shuzo, a small sake brewery in a neighboring town, where the toji has been replaced by a new one, Namaemoto Junmai Unfiltered Nama. It is a small brewery, so they may not be able to make a lot of it, but it was delicious.
