As you would expect from Dewazakura, the pleasant freshness of the ginjo aroma is impressive.

The sourness and bitterness are moderate, and it is the perfect sake for sashimi.
Maybe it was the Corona, but it was still in the shop! We had the 2019 S-type.
As I expected, it has a taste with a hint of lactic acidity, and the bitter acidity comes at the end as expected.
I enjoyed it very much while comparing the ecru as well.
It's a good blend of freshness and flavor.
No sticky aftertaste either, just a nice crisp taste at the back of your throat!
I'd like to try some other Gin Otome sake ♫.
