I finally opened a bottle of Fuji Nishiki Brewery's limited edition "Ike", which was introduced in "Yurukyan". In the manga, it was paired with a hot pot, and it just looked so good. I couldn't resist buying it... When it was freshly chilled, I could feel a strong sourness spreading throughout the mouth, but as the temperature rose, the mellowness soared! This is even more Yummy than I imagined! The high alcohol content didn't bother me at all. As if I'd thought of it, I thawed some frozen shrimp chili and served it as a snack, which also went well with it (laughs). Next time, I'll enjoy it lukewarm.

I bought it because I felt it was a very rare label among many Daisetsukei (^^). Today, I drink it in the state chilled firmly. It is a dry taste without peculiarity like Daisekkei. It rolls over the whole tongue and comes with a piquancy, but the aftertaste with fruitiness is wonderful. I paired it with charcoal grilled chicken with yuzu kosho, and it was perfect! I can't stop drinking it.

It has a strong tangy sensation and a sharpness to it. So that's what the naming means! I was convinced. We started drinking it when it was well chilled, but when the temperature rose a little, the flavor increased and it was good! I think I should have chosen a sake with a little more mellowness for my tiredness🤔.

I bought this Tedorigawa at Seijo Ishii on my way home! It's been a while since I've had a good Yamahai, so I bought this one on my way home. It's got a nice balance of dark umami and a strong tangy taste that I can't get enough of. After all, Hokuriku sake is great, and I'll be ordering some more!

As you would expect from Dewazakura, the pleasant freshness of the ginjo aroma is impressive. It has a nice apple taste with some edge to it. The label drew me in, and I was right to buy it!

I couldn't forget the Koten I had at Sushi Kiyoshi. I bought a 300ml bottle of Koten which I found at a souvenir shop in Nagano the other day. I bought a 300ml bottle of Kouten at a souvenir shop in Nagano. The sourness and bitterness are moderate, and it is the perfect sake for sashimi.

Maybe it was the Corona, but it was still in the shop! We had the 2019 S-type. As I expected, it has a taste with a hint of lactic acidity, and the bitter acidity comes at the end as expected. I enjoyed it very much while comparing the ecru as well.

It's a good blend of freshness and flavor. No sticky aftertaste either, just a nice crisp taste at the back of your throat! I'd like to try some other Gin Otome sake ♫.
