The aroma is not strong, but it has a fresh and light scent slightly. The taste is a sweetness from the rice that hits you hard and then turns into umami. There is no aftertaste, and the aftertaste slowly fades away... This is a sake that makes you want to take the next sip right away. When heated, the flavor of the rice blossoms in your mouth. Even if you don't have anything to drink, you can't stop drinking it...

The aftertaste is light, and there is not much of an aftertaste, and it disappears quickly. It is not tiring to drink. I think it is a sake that is easy to match with various meals regardless of the genre and does not interfere.

I've never had Kaze no Mori before, but it's simply delicious! The aroma is a fresh, melon-like greenness with a hint of fluffiness. As soon as you open it, there is a slight carbonation, but the mouthfeel is mellow and the sweetness and gentleness spreads to the mouth. The aftertaste is light, but I felt a kind of core strength. If you drink it again after a week, the taste will probably change quite a bit.

I dare you to drink this. It's just plain delicious. It's like a sake for people who don't like sake. It's sparkling, so it's easy to drink and has a strong sweetness. The alcohol content is only 5 degrees, so you can drink it very easily. There is no spiciness or bitterness. I felt that it was indeed made for young people and women.

In the aftertaste, all of these flavors gradually disappear. There are many colors in one sip, and it is a dramatic sake.

As well as the aroma, it is just sweet in the mouth. It is very fruity and fills your mouth with fruitiness. However, the aftertaste is refreshing and not overpowering, so I naturally drank many glasses.
