Lastly, I chose Chiyomusubi, a Tottori sake🤗. I am a big fan of Tottori sake, and I was surprised by its gorgeous aroma and sweetness that made me think it was a Junmai Daiginjo even though it is a Junmai Ginjo 😳. It was a spectacular sake that was a fitting end to the evening 😋. The fun time flew by... There were many more things we wanted to talk about, but we had to leave early in the morning the next day, so the 2.5 hour party came to an end 🥺. A commemorative photo in front of the restaurant ✨ J&N-san brought the Sentori Kirifuri all the way from Tochigi! This is not available in Hiroshima, so I was very impressed 🤩. And since it's a draft sake, I was also impressed by the thoughtfulness of putting refrigerant in the bag to keep it chilled 🥺! J&N, I got your Tochigi love 🫶🙌! We saw them off to their hotel and promised to meet again with a handshake at the end 🤝. Thank you J&N for a great time 👋

Next, we chose Ko no Tsukasa, which was introduced along with Tenbi and Yoshidagurau in a special feature in dancyu called "Three Sake Breweries of Hope with Nothing but the Future" 🤗. It is super dry, but has a gentle sweetness and a crisp, refreshing quality that makes it perfect for a mealtime drink 😋. The seared conger eel sashimi was superb and the perfect marriage with the sake 🤤. To be continued

Next up was another Hiroshima sake, Amego no Tsuki 🌙🤗. This was my first time to drink a honjozo sake from Ugo no Tsuki 🌙, and it was easy to drink with a gentle and elegant ginjo aroma and a soft and well-balanced flavor 😋. To be continued

Fat Finally... 　The... 　　A popular figure in the salmon world... 　　　　　　　　　Hiroshima... 　　　　　　　　　　Here it comes 🙌🙌! One August J&N invited us to meet them as they are planning a trip to Hiroshima in October. J&N x T&K will be collaborating for the first time ✨ And it will be my first time to participate in an offline meeting 🤗. On the day of the meeting, we met in front of the restaurant. I had never met him before, but I immediately recognized him as J&N and called out to him, and we met for the first time 🤩. I was relieved to see them, who seemed to be just as warm and kind as I had imagined. ☺️ We entered the restaurant and toasted with beer first 🍻. We ordered a square of sashimi and a wagon with a selection of fish, including sea bream grilled with salt and conger eel sashimi. After the dishes are delivered, it's time to toast with sake 🍶. We chose Gen as the first sake from Hiroshima 🤗. Slightly dry, yet fruity and gorgeous sake that goes perfectly with the sashimi 👌 To be continued

You were chosen for such a day 🫵😬‼️ The pinnacle of the Macho series A.K.A. "Macho Inquisitor". The brewer uses a wooden vat to grow the yeast yeast, and uses three times as much rice in the main brewing process as in the modern brewing process (about 1/3 of the modern brewing water).
It has a taste that is different from that of kijoshu or multi-koji brewing. (brewer). Let's enjoy it now! It's so good! Complex aroma with a hint of acidity and maturity Transparent golden color. When you drink it, it has a very rich sweetness like syrup. I've never tasted sake like this before. It tastes too strong to be useful as a food sake, so I recommend drinking it in small quantities as a dessert sake 🤗. Well, it was a nice memorial. I'm a handsome ♡🦍.

Kaze no Mori: Future-proof Sake I "Five Kinds of Microorganisms Price: 2,750 yen (tax included) 2023.05.20 Purchased at Yamatoya Shuho I was curious about this sake because it is a commemorative sake for the 25th anniversary of Kaze no Mori 🤗. I'm going to drink it now! Yummmm! It has a deep flavor with a slightly matured feel that is different from the usual Kaze no Mori, but it is easy to drink because it has a sweet taste and a nice sharpness 😋. Come to think of it, it may be similar to the taste of Gorimacho🦍🦍 "uffo ♡♡" ( ᐛ )وgugggh!

Toyo Bijin Jyundo Isshu Junmai Ginjo Hakutsuru Nishiki Price: 1,650 yen (tax included) September 26, 2023 Purchased at Yamatoya Shuho I have drunk most of the Jyundo Isshu series before, so I held off on buying it again this year in order to explore new markets, but I bought this Hakutsuru-Nishiki because it was new to the series. I'm going to enjoy it now! Yum~~~! A fruity and gorgeous taste that is typical of Toyo Bijin. The mellow sweetness with little cloying taste, characteristic of Hakutsuru-nishiki, is elegant and refined. The mellow sweetness with little bitterness is refined and elegant✨. This is a sure thing.
