Day 1... Is this sake? The concept was overturned. If I were to describe it as something between wine and sake, it would be easier to understand. ...That's my impression. I can see why it's so popular, it's delicious.
I would recommend this sake to sake beginners and women.
From the second day onwards... My impression didn't change that much.

Day 1 - A little dry, with a hint of acidity.
From the second day onward... The sourness felt on the first day has mellowed, but the dryness remains. I wonder if it's good as a sipping sake. It's delicious.

The first day... I think the acidity is stronger. It was a nigorizake....
I didn't notice it at first because of the matte black (dark green?) bottle. I couldn't see the inside of the matte black (dark green?) bottle, so I didn't notice it at first.
From the second day onward, the sourness mellowed and the sweetness became apparent, making it a delicious drink. It's a low-alcohol drink that you can easily drink.
