Aizan 100% nigori. It is delicious when you take a sip. It has a nice bubbly taste. And it was only 4-5 days old when it was uncorked.
It is a nigori that you can feel the living yeast.
I would like to match it with light and light meat and white meat fish. I felt it would go perfectly with cold entrées!
