モナリザ
This sake is said to have been given to me as a gift in return for an incense offering.
It has a mild mouthfeel and a mild sweetness. It is delicious.
As I have come to enjoy packaged sake and cups of sake, I have come to drink many kinds of sake, and I think again that sake is a sweet sake. It is probably the sweetness of the rice.
It reminds me of a former colleague of mine who usually refrains from drinking Japanese sake because it raises his blood sugar level. I haven't seen him for a while, but I wonder how he is.
Sake, 65% polished rice ratio, 15% alcohol
